Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card. 50% prepayment is due at the time of booking. Full payment must be settled a minimum of 30 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of the booking and up to 30 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund. Less than 30 days before the check-in date, the 50% prepayment is not refunded.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 16:00 CET on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 10:00 CET on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed is eight. Additional guests may be permitted upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of neighbors. Loud music, events, and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of EUR 300 will be required at check-in time to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
